Application for Main Hall Hire at Ancienne Belgique

Dear Event Organiser,
Hiring the AB these days is possible, but not so simple.

The reason being: we're a Cultural Centre, inside and out, and we want to keep it that way! As fully-fledged Cultural Centre, we don't always have very much information on which to base applications for AB Hall Hire, but nothing ventured is nothing gained!
So if you want to rent space the AB, we ask you to complete the form below beforehand and send it through to us.
The Directors of the AB will then quickly let you know whether or not your application can possibly be accepted - based upon the current bookings, the type of event you want to arrange, or any number of other relevant considerations.

Also important for you to know:

The basic hire price starts at €10,000 (excluding VAT) and ONLY the Main Hall is available for hire.
The ABClub can NOT be hired separately.
The agreed basic invoice fee (*) must be deposited in our bank account within 10 days of receiving your rental agreement, otherwise your reservation will irrevocably be cancelled.
The maximum number of event participants is:
Main Hall ? full hall seated: 650 people
Main Hall ? full hall standing: 1800 people
External catering is not permitted!
All * fields on the application form must be filled in.

(*) basic invoice fee: the amount specified by AB following agreement with the Client (Price of Hall Hire + any extra options taken)
