FACILITIES |

As for the facilities, the possibilities are extensive. A large part of them are in-house. Our Club and Hall have a state-of-the-art sound an lighting installation, facilities for studio recordings, TV and radio recordings and broadcasts, etc.
We also guarantee a wide range of possibilities as to video and other multimedia applications and parking and shuttle services. One of our major assets is our catering. The AB has a professional kitchen and equally professional personnel to organize the perfect catering for your event.

INTERNAL SERVICES

Sound & lighting:
Is taken care of by the Ancienne Belgique. We also rent extra material, if necessary.
Ticket Service:
Can be done by the Ancienne Belgique. If you choose for our ticket service, we can distribute the tickets in the Fnac shops or via the AB web site. Your event will then also be included in our calendar (60.000 copies).
Backstage catering & dressing rooms:
We are completely responsible for the artists' comfort. There is a fully equipped backstage area, dressing rooms and catering.
Material rental:
We can rent any material (decoration, infrastructure, etc) necessary for your event.

CATERING |
|
The success of an event depends on the catering. The Ancienne Belgique is well aware of that. We have everything to make your dreams come true: a fully equipped kitchen, a kitchen staff full of ideas, different locations, etc. Receptions, walking dinners or a gala dinner; everything is possible.
The Hall, for example, is the perfect décor for a pleasant dinner (max. 300 persons, seated) or a big walking dinner for up to 600 persons. The Agora offers the possibility to organize receptions, walking dinners, etc for up to 300 persons. The Club is the ultimate solution if you prefer a somehow more intimate atmosphere, again with plenty of possibilities. Finally, there is our Café-Restaurant, which can be booked for business lunches.

The AB offers a personalized catering service for your events. Ranging from a reception or a walking dinner to a three-course gala dinner, from an oriental buffet to a typical Brussels meal.

EXTERNAL SERVICES |
|
For some years now we have been working together with some renowned companies to be able to offer a wide range of services: parking services, shuttle services, furniture, décor, an extensive offer of video and data projection, all kinds of multimedia applications, interpreting services, etc.
Video projection:
By the Ancienne Belgique in collaboration with Heuvelman.
Stagehands/roadies:
For the stagehands we are working with Active Brussels. They are responsible for setting up your event and for breaking down afterwards.
Stewards/security:
Stewards for events (SFE) / Event Security (ES) are responsible for the reception and possible ticket control, security, etc.
Cleaning:
Deepclean and the Ancienne Belgique take care of the cleaning before and after your event. Hence, we can always guarantee a tidy location.
Parking:
The AB has no parking area for visitors. However, it is possible to reserve parking space at a car park nearby, even including a shuttle service or parking vouchers.
